How to make a clean installation of TIME version

In order to make a clean install, please delete (or rename) the Synergy Homeopathic folders in the following locations:

1. Home Folder/Library / Preferences / Synergy Homeopathic.
2. Home Folder/ Library / Application Support / Synergy Homeopathic
3. Documents / Synergy Homeopathic . Important !! Save your cases and / or Repertory and / or Keynotes changes (Time Machine or Zip and move ) BEFORE deleting this folder.

And the following applications :

4. Application folder / MacRepertory.app and ReferenceWorks.app

The following files have to be deleted too :

5. . Home Folder/Library / Preferences delete all the files that start with com.synergy and com.synergyhomeopathic

A clean install will ensure that your program(s) runs smoothly

Show your Library Folder

• Make sure you look at the Library Folder under the Home folder and not under the

OS10.9 / 10.10   If you do not see the Library Folder in OS 10.9:

• – Open your Home
• – Go to the View Menu / Show View options

OS 10.7 / 10.8 If you do not see your Library Folder in OS 10.7 / 10.8:

• – Open Finder.
• – Hold down the Option 
• – Open the Go menu and the Library will show there as an option.
• If you wish to show this folder permanently, check your options here.

OS 10.6 – no Rosetta

– The Library folder is shown here and can be found under the Home Folder.
