Case of Diabetes Mellitus solved using Suggesta Repertory
A Patient Reported to one of our SHS users Dr Vipul & Dr Ankita
The case details are as follows –
Male aged 50 years suffering from diabetes since many years
He is with us since 2016 (for 6 years)
His Reports always shows higher sugar level above 300-400
He is very Abusive
Dictatorial
Domineering
Type A Personality very Workaholic.
Even he Strikes his wife and young daughter when angry.
Every Financial or business failure/losses causes physical symptoms esp GIT problems.
Perception about business is that he is failure …he feels whatever work he takes will fail.
- Diarrhea alternate with constiption alternate with dysentery; always accompanied with severe abdominal cramps.
- Chronic Pancreatits.
- Every morning and intermittently in evening/night he suffers severe cramps in toes of feets and calves..that he cannot
stand or walk atleast for 1-2 hr.
- Weakness..Always associated with all complaints
He narrates : sometimes whenever his worker in his factory or his wife touches him they got sparks like electric current

- Strychninum purum
- Strychninum Ars
- Urnanium Nitricum
- Nux vomica : Best worked till now (in every acute emergency, acute fevers, and especailly GIT problems) last NV given in 50m.; but his family members and we cannot see cahnges in his Mental state and Disposition and in his sugar levels.
