Synergy Homeopathic Software (SHS)

Part of Synergy’s mission is to give prompt support so that homeopathic practice, study and research are not interrupted.
We are phasing out the HASP keys. They still work with SHS, but we now require that all upgrades to SHS include a digital key (soft license). Please contact your sales representative if you would like to purchase a soft license for your SHS program.
If you are experiencing any technical difficulties, please submit a ticket.

Synergy Homeopathic Software works equally well with Mac or Windows. Check here for the latest technical information about your SHS program.

Windows 11

SHS is fully compatible with Windows 11

macOS Monterey

SHS is compatible with Monterey [All versions: Intel, M1 and M2 Chip] but please follow these two simple steps before you upgrade your operating system to Monterey:

  1. Back up your cases with this Utility if you have cases in Patient Management to save (choose the Mac option). Click here for instructions.
  2. Next, submit a ticket so that our Tech Support team can get your SHS program ready for Monterey. If you have already updated to Monterey, you will need to contact Technical Support.

Once your ticket with Technical Support is closed, you can upgrade your computer to Monterey whenever you are ready.

Concerned that your Mac will update to Monterey automatically? To turn off that feature, click HERE. (Instructions are for macOS High Sierra or higher; SHS does not work on operating systems older than High Sierra.)
